Elves' Faire: A Zero Waste Event
The Pasadena Waldorf community works together to contribute to the health and well-being of the planet and we strive for zero waste at all our events! We invite you to come and be a part of it!
Bring your own cup for free water at our convenient water stations!
Our food vendors use compostable disposables... forks, plates, and cups made of vegetable starch rather than paper and plastic.
A three bin trash system is used to collect and separate trash, recycling, compostables, and food scraps. All food scraps are composted and used for agricultural purposes rather than ending up in a landfill!
Need help? Look for our Trash Fairies at each trash station to help guests sort the waste effectively!
